Dr. Om Babu Sah, PT, is an experienced physiotherapist and Lead Community Physiotherapist at Painless Physio, Bengaluru. He specialises in clinical physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, community health, functional rehabilitation, and Armed Forces environments.

He holds BPT and MPT degrees in Community Health Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, and was a University Rank Holder in both. He has trained and worked at several Bengaluru hospitals, clinics, stadiums, football teams, and sports settings, including Aster CMI Hospital, ESI Hospital, Bangalore Baptist Hospital, Ravi Kirloskar Memorial Hospital, Bethel Medical Mission Hospital, HOSMAT Hospital, and Sagar Hospitals. His training also included the stadium and college-attached clinics.

His experience includes musculoskeletal care, sports injuries, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance support. He remains associated with the Indian Army Special Forces and served as Chief Physiotherapist of the 13th Battalion, Parachute Regiment – Special Forces, becoming the first physiotherapist from Nepal to receive an official letter from the Indian Army Special Forces.

Dr Sah has completed over 30+ workshops and certifications in Dry needling, Cupping, Manual therapy, Taping, Myofascial release, Mobilisation, Functional rehabilitation, Sports rehabilitation, and Injury prevention. He has also completed a Neurotherapy program under the Skill Development Council of India. His interests include Orthopaedic, Neurological, Cardiac, Sports, Geriatric, and Paediatric care, along with digestive and lifestyle disorders.
